The USA’s most active goalkeeper in 2002, she emerged as a strong candidate for the 2003 Women’s World Cup Team … 2002: Played in nine matches for the USA, most of any goalkeeper, spanning 745 minutes … Posted a 5-1-2 record and a GAA of 0.48 … Started all three games at the 2002 Four Nations Tournament against Norway, Germany and China, allowing just one goal in three games and was named the tournament’s Best Goalkeeper … A member of the CONCACAF Women’s Gold Cup Team that qualified the USA for the 2003 Women’s World Cup 2001: Played one match for the USA, earning a win against Germany in the 2001 Nike U.S. Women’s Cup … 2000: Played all three games for the USA at the Australia Cup in January of 2000, earning her first three caps and helping the U.S. team to the tournament championship … Youth National Teams: Was a fixture in goal for the Under-20 National Team program in 1997 … The starting goalkeeper for the U-20s at the 1997 Nordic Cup in Denmark, her stellar play in goal helped the U.S. to the championship (allowed one goal in four games) … Earned a 1-0 overtime shutout of Norway in the Nordic Cup championship game, making two goal-saving stops … Was also the starting goalkeeper for the 1998 Nordic Cup Team as the USA lost in the championship game to Norway … Called into her first training camp with the full national team in January of 1998 … Also played for the U-20s in 1996 … A former member of the U-16 National Team pool …
